Tahini Dressing (oil-free and vegan)

Basic Tahini Dressing that you can use in salads, falafel or Buddha Bowls.

  1. If you’re making your own tahini blend sesame seeds in a food processor into a paste. You can add a touch of oil to help things going.
  2. To make the dressing blitz all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Start with 1/4 cup of water and add more until you reach desired consistency.

Notes

Tahini dressing will thicken in a fridge. Gently heat it up before serving to make it runnier.
