Vegan Tuna Salad

Vegan tuna salad wrap

My favorite vegan tuna salad – mashed chickpeas seasoned with nori powder.

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. If you are using dried chickpeas cook it first. Then mash it with potato masher or fork until no whole chickpea beans left.
  2. Blitz nori sheet in a spice grinder into powder.
  3. Mix together all ingredients except vegan mayo. Now add mayo gradually until you reach desired consistency.
  4. Refrigerate your vegan tuna salad for at least 1 hour to let all the flavors combine.
