Ingredients

1 block soft silken tofu (12oz)
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
pinch of salt

Instructions

Place all ingredient in a blender and blitz until smooth.
Pour in a jar and keep in a fridge.

Notes

You can replace half of the vinegar with lemon juice.
